PROCESS OF LOAN APPLICATION

  • Stage 1 (LOAN APPLICATION)

Fill the Online Loan Application Form very carefully, Upload the required Documents as per Check List and sign form digitally. Get in touch with the Loan Officer to know the Checklist of the Documents & Process.

  • Stage 3 (PRE-APPROVAL) 

After 24 Hours, Eligible Applicants will be selected and will be Issued a Pre-approved Loan Offer Letter with Basic terms & Conditions, Like Rate of Interest, Processing Fees, Valuation, legal Opinion, Inspection Charges  etc.

  • Stage 5 (PHYSICAL INSPECTION)

Physical Inspection of the Property along with the Legal and Technical Team along with Credit Officer for Business Verification will be conducted for the Process of Finalization of the Loan Sanction Process.

  • Stage 7 LOAN AGREEMENT 

After the Issuance of the Loan sanction Letter, Final Loan Agreement will be executed between the Lender and Applicant with the fulfillment of the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Sanction.

  • Stage 2 (INITIAL VERIFICATION)

Your Loan Application will be forwarded to the Credit Team who will quickly scrutinize the eligibility Criteria as per our Parameters and Policy from your Financial and Property Documents within a Time Period of 24 Hrs. 

  • Stage 4 (INSPECTION CHARGES) 

Once the Applicant Agrees to the basic terms & conditions of the Charges, Applicant will have to submit the Inspection, Valuation and Lawyer Charges for the Physical Site Inspection with Legal technical and Credit team. 

  • Stage 6 (FINAL LOAN SANCTION)

After Obtaining Positive satisfactory report from the Legal, Technical and Credit Team, Final Loan Sanction letter with all Terms and Conditions will be issued to the Applicant and will be explained in Detail.

  • Stage 8 FINAL DISBURSEMENT

Disbursement will Occur & simultaneously Equitable / Registered Mortgage will be done. In case of take Over case Disbursement will occur to the Bank/NBFC first then Balance payment will be done.
